The name Rione comes from the Italian word for district or neighborhood. It’s a nod to the rich cultural heritage of our corner of Cleveland—from West 65th to West 70th Street north of Detroit Avenue, an area affectionately known as the West Side Little Italy. This neighborhood has always had a character and spirit all its own. Generations of immigrants built their lives here, bringing with them a love of food, family, and community.
